Thank you. It really is a lot of fun. I used to just pour out word after word, but the pages are so boring. I still do that when I really need to get something out, but find I am more contemplative when I decorate the page a bit. Doodling helps me think.

What an awesome idea! I have heard of people doing this on their journals but I’ve never been ‘artsy’ like you are. I doodle on my journal too but never this pretty I’ve also gotten out of writing in journals since I started blogging. You just made me think of picking it up again.

Oh you should try it – it’s quite fun! I seem to remember a group of bloggers was doing it together as a project, but I don’t remember where I saw it.

Anyway, it’s pretty cool. That same author has other books that sound interesting, too.

I don’t think it ever occurred to me to “wreck” a journal. It’s a good idea though. I felt fairly confined writing in my journals when I kept them. I don’t really journal anymore outside of the little slices of my life on my blog. I should start again. Thanks for the inspiration.
