Moving… up?

I decided to move this blog over to Wordpress, so I could separate it out from my portfolio site. I’ll be moving posts over slowly, as I can’t find a script to do it for me. In fact, I may just move only the posts I really like (that probably won’t be many). The old version, with its links, will still be accessible. No links will break this way. But it will mean I’ll lose the comments on the old posts, unless I figure out how to fix that, too.

So, what do you think? I think I’m in love with WP’s 5 minute install. And the templates aren’t that hard to customize either. This is nice!

Don’t you love WP? I am still big on ExpressionEngine — but I moved to WP just to see how it’s evolved over the last couple of years and I like it so much!!

dude. i am loving it. it’s way easier to install, and harder to screw it up. and that works for my pea brain. the templates are so easy to use, too. and there are so many! i am so not a designer. i need templates!

it’s also much easier to install multiple copies so i can separate out my different domains.

now, if only there were a script to import all of my old posts. alas, they’ll probably languish over at the other place.
