my husband and i have been there many times, and recently planned to meet friends there, just to have some good food and to catch up. yes, it is so scary to have something so random happen at a place you frequent.
my husband is a friendly guy. he’ll talk to anyone, and does so at restaurants, bars, on the street. he doesn’t know any strangers. as i read the stories about this, it scares me even more to think about how random it was. that could have happened to him, had he been there. and that’s the part that terrifies me the most. where are we safe?
