tumble out of bed and stumble to the kitchen

lousy sleeping last night. my back is out again. my neck is hurting like a mo’fo’, which in turn gives me a headache. i feel like shit.

and then i looked in the mirror. oh joy!

i look exactly like i feel! wheeeeee!
