who knew? i’ve started using google desktop on my computer at work. i wasn’t sure if i’d like it, or if it’d even be useful.
know what? it totally is. can’t find an email? search for it. outlook only searches by mail folder. google searches everything. i can find e-mail much faster this way, by typing in the keywords i know are in the e-mail. i have a lot of folders, drives, email folders, and junk. over the last few days, it has saved me a lot of searching for files and emails (because my memory is bad and i can’t always remember where i filed something). seriously. i think i like it.
i may just keep it.
now, if only they could search my desktop for my pen…
