spammers are targeting me again. they only leave a few comments a day. however, i don’t know what to do to get rid of them, except maybe turning off comments altogether. no, i don’t want to use blacklist. *sigh* why does this have to be so hard?

i think what i used to write here was much more interesting. of course, i also used to be a hell of a lot more personal, too. now it just serves as a brain dump. not sure i like that, but i don’t have time to write quality posts. and i hate to resort to posting papers again. i actually liked the feedback, but it seems odd to post them. what do you think? boring? interesting?

so, last night i took a bath and read some magazines. while i was at it, i thought i’d call my girlfriend. instead, i dropped my damn cell phone into the bathtub.
color me stupid.
yeah, i’ve been quiet. very busy at work, just got training responsibilities added on, so i’ll be hopping even more. school is getting crazy. about 3 weeks left and everything’s piling up all at once.
had an okay morning. went to the store with hubby, bought some food, and came home in order for him to make a most excellent fritatta. nice, mellow morning. been needing one of those. everything’s been so hectic recently! just trying to keep up.
and to top it off, three of my good friends are really going through some shit right now. i’m worried about them, wanting good things to come for them. i don’t think they’ll be giving thanks for much next week. and that makes me sad. i hope things change for the better for them. they know who they are and they’re in my prayers.
I just read “Brokeback Mountain” by Annie Proulx. As I searched on it for some research for a project, I found it’s been made into a movie. I hadn’t the foggiest idea. I’m surprised it wasn’t mentioned in our class.
